Safelite AutoGlass

I had my windshield replaced at this location on 7/14/26. I was unhappy to discover that shattered glass was left everywhere. My seats, floor, speakers, dashboard, passenger door. It's unfortunate that I paid for a service that was not even completed correctly and safely. Very disappointed in this experience and the lack of concern this company has over broken glass being left everywhere.

If I could give them less than one star I would. My first appointment was in April they brought out the wrong glass and said that somebody would contact me when they had the correct glass. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks so then I called and nobody could get a hold of the local shop that was supposed to be doing the repair. They said somebody would contact me I waited a couple more weeks still no contact. And then I got calling more often and still couldn't get an answer was told that somebody would call me back. I finally escalated it to my insurance company and then they scheduled a second appointment. When he came out he broke the glass while putting it in and left glass all over in my gravel driveway. He assured me that somebody would be in contact when they had the new glass. After finding the broken glass in my driveway I escalated it again to Safelite customer care and my insurance company who assured me that they would come out and clean up the broken glass and replace the window they scheduled an appointment and he came out while I was not home and replaced to the glass but did not clean up any of the glass shards. I still have not heard anything about coming back to clean it up. But I do finally have a non-broken piece of glass after more than 2 months of waiting.

WOW, what an awesome experience. The ease from appointment to the installation of the windshield. The service and technician very professional. It's the only business I can count on. I want to highly them recommend for all your vehicle glass needs

Talk about poor service. Had a windshield replaced this week. Told them I didn’t want new wiper blades or their repel service. Just a windshield. Was quoted 400.00 went to pay and they said it was almost 650.00!!!! Absolutely not. And why so much more ? Because they added new wiper blades and their repel service…. After working that out. I find old broken seals but paid for new ones, and glass fragments still on the window. Yet I paid for a vacuum service??? This isn’t a good look at all!

I had my entire front windshield replaced after the hail storm demolished it. Franz was my technician and did an amazing job and I am so thankful for the expedited appointment and meticulous care and thorough work that Franz did on my vans windshield. It’s as if it were never broken. This was truly a GOD given blessing!!! Thank you so much!!!! 😊
