Safelite AutoGlass

Has a minor crack on my windshield. I was able to get an appointment next day at their closet location to me. To have them come to my house would have been only 2 days later. I got there at the start of my appointment and was done within 30 minutes. They did a great job on the repair and I would recommend.

It is not just their commercials but my experience with safelite was the greatest, from the scheduling to the work well done. The technician was so knowledgeable and has a good personality to go beyond everything. I really am satisfied and will choose safelite in future

They are the best of thing since sliced bread. The technician came to our home and had our rock chip fixed in under 20 mins or less. It was the most brilliant service I have ever had with the auto industry period.

I greatly appreciate when someone goes beyond their normal duty to serve the customer. I went into the store today to make arrangements for a windshield replacement. They had a sign taped to the door: "manager out, no quotes or orders ." I pushed the service bell on the desk and employee Jeff came in from the garage, clearly putting an installation on hold. I was expecting to be turned away and told to call back, but Jeff took 10 minutes and got me squared away. This wasn't his normal duty, but he stepped up. Safelite management: employee Jeff converted a potential negative customer experience into a good one.

I was able to schedule an at home appointment quickly and the technician arrived the next day. Nate was pleasant and said it would take about 45 minutes to replace the windshield. He was fast and efficient. Great service.
