Made appt through my insurance company to take to store front! Received several reminders via text, email. Appt was 45 minutes for 1st car, 1 hr 20 for 2nd. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really easy!

I took the day off to go into the Patchogue, NY location but the manager cancelled my appointment and I had no idea! She was so rude and gave me misleading information so I left to call my insurance company after a hr hold I tried to make another appointment which was avail for a few days. You don’t get the location directly. But the manager called t confirm my appointment when I called her out on her misinformation she argued! Long story short I got the glass repaired and the technician was great he’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star!

This was the second replacement my car needed (insurance covered). The first was for a power side window, the second was the windshield. Both time the service was great. Polite staff, prompt service. I would use the even if I had to pay out of pocket.

My experience with the technition was awesome. Ruben was very professional with his job. Very clean and efficient.. my only complaint is if you call. Nobody answers the phone. It’s like you have no choice but to book an appointment online.

Great experience. Punctual and informative about the repair process. I was very satisfied with the entire interaction from the person greeting me as I walked in, to the tech that worked on my vehicle. They both were very knowledgeable about the process, and made sure I knew what to expect. They did a great job!
