Safelite AutoGlass

Went to Safelte in Peabody MA, the staff was amazing took my car in early and had the windshield replaced quickly! Linda at the front desk was awesome to myself and every person she spoke with. She anwsered every question and in detail so no one left questioning what they were supposed to do after visit. I would make this a stop everytime I need a windshield and I need to go to the store.

Communication was great ! The technician did a great job! He was polite, skilled and efficient. I definitely would use them again !

Scheduling a glass replacement through my insurance with Safelite was very easy. I got an appointment quicker than I thought I would. The technician was a great guy! Very friendly and very professional. The work was done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services!

I had my car’s windshield replaced at this shop after confirming the price over the phone in advance. I scheduled the appointment, arrived on time, and the work itself was done very well — I have no complaints about the quality of the service. However, when it came time to pay, I was not informed of the total before being charged. I was simply asked to tap my card, and only afterward did I realize that I had been charged $60 more than the price originally quoted. When I brought this up, I had to wait a long time while they tried to “figure it out,” and in the end, I was told to call back another day to resolve the issue. That was very frustrating. Payment was handled quickly, but when it came to addressing a problem they created, there was no urgency or proper resolution. While the workmanship was good, the lack of transparency in pricing and the way this situation was handled were disappointing. I hope they improve their process so other customers don’t have the same experience.

The technician that came out to fix my windshield was extremely prompt. He gave me a call when he was10 minutes out so I was aware that he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely polite and professional. The service was quick, and required nothing from me. At the end of the service, he even came to my door to hand me my keys back instead of leaving them in my car, which I thought was incredibly kind, instead of just leaving them in my car. 10/10 would highly recommend using Safelight for windshield replacement!
