The whole process was a lot easier than I expected it to be. My insurance agent gave me the info promptly and so I made the appt over the phone. Within a few days, it was my windshield was replaced. The technician I dealt with from Safelite was awesome! I’d recommended Richard to anyone!

I mean, the windshield got replaced but the damage to the side window molding and then the broken plastic pieces around my mirror and my sunroof. I’m not happy with that was stuck back together with black putty. And not to mention that glue sticking out of the passenger side of the windshield

Scheduling made easy through my insurance. We found a location closest to me and the soonest appointment given my preference of a weekend. I received multiple reminders of the appointment and a phone call to confirm I knew when to arrive and what to do when I got there as well as what to expect to be done. Front desk representative was welcoming and kind with both myself and the customer she had on the phone prior to waiting on me, which goes a long way. Service was complete within a matter of a couple hours. I was called upon its completion. When I went to pick up I was informed of the warranty and I also received a text with a link to go over the warranty details. Way to make a not so great situation easy on me!

I had a great experience here! A few days ago, I was driving on the highway when a small rock hit my windshield and left a quarter-sized, star-shaped crack. They were able to repair it in about 30 minutes and walked me through the entire process. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time, because they mentioned they are appointment-only. I got lucky and they were able to squeeze me in, but it’s best not to make an appointment

A stone hit our windshield while we were on vacation, leaving a large crack, and were eager to get it replaced as soon as we returned home. Safelite made the process so simple and quick! My appointment was at 3:30 and they were done by 4:30! I was able to sit in their waiting room during my appointment, which was a huge help. They told me about their brand new coffee/tea/hot cocoa machine in the waiting room- it was delicious! There’s a restroom, a small desk, as well as a power-strip to charge your phone, if needed, while you wait. Also, all of the employees were so friendly and took their time to answer my questions. This safelite is wonderful and I recommend it!!
