Amazing service On the way to Plattsburg in the Promaster van We got a rock in our windshield, so we headed straight to Safelite Autoglass in Plattsburg, where the team on site repaired the windshield right away on a Saturday afternoon. Technician did a good job and was very quick with the replacement of my windshield. But the appointment was supposed to be between 8am and 12pm yet I waited all day for them to finally show up at 4pm which made me have to call into work late. Every other experience I've ever had with Safelite was great so I'm not ready to write them off at all. But the lack of updates on the appointment and being so very late was a big inconvenience.

I had a crack across the windshield of my 2022 Lexus IS350 and I got scheduled a time that was quick and worked for me. The tech was very friendly and the repair took about as long as the recommended time. I was happy they could use OEM glass for my car to ensure the best quality. I had no issues with the recalibration. The tech was helpful in telling me what I can and can’t do while the adhesive fully cures and answered my questions.

Due to the extremely cold weather, my windshield experienced a large crack in it. Safelite to the rescue! Got scheduled quick and the appointment was a breeze. My windshield has been replaced and all is great! Thank you Safelite!
