The team was awesome. The work was done efficiently, and everyone was courteous and helpful. Seth gave us a follow-up call to make sure everything went well and we were satisfied with the work. I arrived early and was able to have the repair started before my appointment time. The windshield replacement took an hour and and a half which was sooner than estimated. The repair technician was very courteous, jovial and fastidious. Large enough waiting room with coffee and water available. I don't like the inability to call the branch office. Instead phone calls are routed to an automated phone message system. No promotional dollar off coupons worked for me. Not through AAA, email, text, social media, etc. Not sure why. Competitors were eager to match. The process to file my insurance claim online was quick and straight forward with Safelite's website. Monday through Saturday service hours is helpful for service options to pick from.

I asked multiple times if they had the correct seal to do the job and was assured they did. They installed the windshield with the wrong seal and damaged multiple areas doing the install. The car was like new with 26,000 miles, purchased new and only driver always garaged. I specifically asked them to not damage my vehicle because I plan on keeping it forever. I have another car for winter and this car was perfect. When I showed them the damage and incorrect install I the counter kid just stared at me and wouldn't acknowledge anything. He then said "my hands are tied it seems we cant please you". Ridiculous response and unacceptable. Pics speak for themselves. There should be rubber around the corners and along the plastic trim. They chipped all along the roof line and gouged the rubber trim and part of fender and other spots.

Made an online appointment to replace cracked windshield. Easy to book and the online system communicated regularly with me prior to and during the service. The Portland facility on warren ave was very clean, staff were professional greeted me well at the front desk and clearly explained the process and what i could expect. Staff are really cool technicians were uniformed and made me feel confident in dropping our car off to have the work done. Vehicle was complete in 2 hours and windshield looks great! Highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass in general and the Portland facility was great!
