Safelite AutoGlass

I had a great experience with Safelite. The technician was professional, friendly, and replaced my cracked windshield quickly. The entire process was easy and convenient, and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Safelite.

Both Safelite employees at the counter and the technician were courteous and provided me with the information I needed. The time estimated for service was accurate. The technician did a great job replacing the windshield, and the vehicle was returned without any mess.

Scottsville Rd store in Rochester,NY gets an A+ rating. They are personable, helpful and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days!! They replaced my windshield and did recalibration all in a timely fashion.

We had to have a windshield replaced and the camera calibration done. Dropped off at 1, done by 4:15, very happy. Everything worked as it should, friendly greeting and handled the insurance.

Great experience even though my insurance dragging their feet made me pay out of pocket. The previous owner of my car redid the windshield awful and they fixed it at no extra cost! They did a great job too. Two hours, not too long, good waiting room with massage chairs free coffee/water TV and bathroom. Ya know what's crazy my auto headlights and wipers didn't work before this, had to manually do it, and now they work! Super happy with them.
