Safelite AutoGlass

My first time using Safelite. Insurance referred me. A very large unfriendly woman demanded my keys upon arrival and not even 10 minutes later than a technician wandered in and told me the job was done. The chip that had appeared in my windshield seems to be even larger and now there is debris and residue all over my windshield. I asked the previously mentioned woman what exactly happened and she took her time to give me the runaround. I asked her why it went by so quick, and if this sort of thing happens often. I asked if I could talk to the technician she said that he had left for the day. As I was walking out, I saw the very same technician in the garage. This was just a terrible job with some really terrible customer service. I had to call my insurance company and escalate this repair to a full replacement because of their general lack of effort, professionalism and service. That took even more time out of my day, and I simply just don’t wanna have to return to this location And put for more time and energy. Were I not needing to use Safelite again I would 100% take my business elsewhere. Don’t go to this location honestly. It would be weird to find literally anywhere else. I cannot emphasize enough how this whole process has made me feel worse than when I started and I still have a hole in my windshield. It was just terrible and I believe these people should be held accountable for their terrible job.

So incredibly easy! Made the appointment online, got text messages updates. They billed my insurance. Showed me a map of where my installer Anthony was, which gave a minute by minute update of when he was going to arrive. They came to me! Anthony was awesome, very thorough and extremely nice. He explained to me why the windshield might have been chipped along the edge like it was and assured me that he took special consideration to make sure the outside edges were glued properly. He was knowledgeable, quick, personable and in my opinion a true asset to Safelite.

Could not have been happier with the service at Safelite. Appointment was easy to make online and when I showed up I was welcomed with a very enthusiastic person at the desk. Waiting room was clean, and while they said to expect a 1-2 hr service time, I was out of there in 45 minutes. To top it off, they were able to transfer my registration and inspection stickers such that they didn’t look terrible.

Update 5/19/26: owner said to go in for quote to fix the damage. Sent the quote to a Kevin Hill at Safelite and still no reply to fix. Guess I need to leave a review to the BBB on this issue. They damage stuff and don't take ownership! The glass install went fine 5/5. But THEY left damage to my newly wrapped truck hood. Costed me $10,000 to wrap my truck and they don't use any type of cloth to put under the window holder to prevent marks on your vehicle??? Should of known something bad would happen after they guy couldn't even turn off my alarm he set off. Even told them I just had my truck wrapped about 2 months ago.

We are so impressed with the overall experience with Safelite on our windshield replacement. The initial scheduling was seamless with our insurance company and then communications leading up to the service appointment was fantastic. Our service tech Kevin was amazing. He called early in our service window to help set expectations on timing so we could plan accordingly. Not needed but much appreciated. Then his knowledge, experience and customer focus was second to none. Would recommend to anyone who needs service.
