Everything was so easy - from finding the website, booking the appt. on line, and paying for the service online, and the replacement was done at my home. - they came to me! Fernando, the technician, kept me in the loop the whole time so I knew what to expect. He was on time, professional, competent, fast, and thorough. Great service experience start to finish!

Worry free! A huge rock hit my windshield, cracks all the way across. I needed a replacement. I am working in Salt Lake staying at a hotel so Corey came to me. In about 2 1/2 hours I had a brand new windshield completely recalibrated. Everything right back where it was. It was awesome. Corey was great. Very professional & friendly. I am very happy with the service I received.

I have been going to or they have been coming to me at my work to replace cracked windshields as they happen. This time it was right in front of my Office. They do great work and it is done before you know it! I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass!

Fast and Convenient Service! Great experience with Safelite AutoGlass! I was able to get my windshield fixed within 24 hours of the incident, which was a huge relief. They came right to my house, which made everything super convenient—just asked that I have my car backed into the driveway, which was easy enough. They arrived within the first 30 minutes of the time window they gave me and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated the communication—they called the day before to confirm (since my appointment was set up through insurance), and I received helpful text updates and an email with my receipt and aftercare instructions. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free experience. I’d definitely use them again!

Customer service off the hook!! My side window shattered on my way to the airport with 2 of my little kids to catch a flight. I parked in economy parking at the airport in the rain with an Amazon envelope pinned against the broken window to keep the water out. Stacy at the Safelite hotline tenaciously called around to figure out who and how they could do this, talked it through with me and got me connected to this local branch as I boarded my flight. Krease at the local branch patiently got info on my vehicle location, and arranged for her crew to come out the following day (a Saturday) so my window would be ready for me to drive home after my return flight Sunday morning. Krease kept in touch with me after my flight Friday and again Saturday to make sure i knew things were being taken care of. In this era of non-existent customer service, Safelite got it right and came through in a big way!
