Safelite AutoGlass

I had two small Honda cars with cracked windshields and did a head-to-head comparison with another national group. Both used the same aftermarket windshields and neither was great at the final wipedown after job completion (the least of my concerns) but Safelite cost 40% less and the technician was friendlier.

Don’t think about using this company if you want your money stolen from you. Had a windshield replacement done. Charged me for wipers and Rainx repellent when that service wasn’t completed. Stephanie the service representative seems to be the only competent employee. She has worked her tail off to help me but the store manager nor the district manager have a decency to return our calls about getting a refund.

Wish we could give 0-stars. Waited for 6 hours the first day they said they would arrive to replace our windshield and never heard anything until we called them. 3 days later they called after waiting for about an hour to let us know they couldn't do it today. We keep getting strung along and the customer service is terrible. They do not value your time at all. Looks like Precision Auto Glass would be a much better choice!!

Aaron the local tech who did the work was great. Let me know he was on his way, did the work in the driveway, then came and found me in the backyard to let me know it was all done. Other than the tape (required) and the perfectly clear windshield, you’d never have known he was here. Not a scuff, scratch, or dirty mark left anywhere. A++

Highly recommend Safelite Sandy. Geico insurance overbooked my appointment, so no service tech was available for mobile services. The assistant manager personally took care of me to fix the situation. He fit me in that morning on site in Sandy , did a wonderful job with my BMW, and was professional and pleasant.
