Safelite AutoGlass

I had my windshield replaced at work and it was a nice experience. The appointment was made with my insurance agent so I didn’t handle that too deeply. The appointment was easy to navigate on the Safelite website and additional services were explained and offered with no need to make a call. The technician communicated his arrival and service completion well. My only minor complaint is that I wish they’d wipe off the debris left on the dash after the service. But a wet wipe got it off so no harm done. Overall, very convenient for me and I had a fantastic technician!

Windshield was cracked almost all the way across. Needed replacement. Called Safelite after they were recommended by my insurance company. Making the appointment for the windshield to be replaced at my home was very easy and fast. Technician showed up the next day, on time. He replaced the windshield, cleaned the dash and the windshield, calibrated the camera and was finished in no time. New windshield looks great. The entire process was very easy. The technician was very professional and polite. Will definitely use Safe lite again if needed. Would highly recommend Safe Lite.

They helped replace my windshield. Seemed like a good install overall since they got me out so quick. I would just keep in mind to ask them to clean the dash because I have dust and debris all over and beige interior trim with scuffs on it.

I won't know if there is a leak until or rains or has met the wait period for a car wash. But i can say that when you tell me you will vacuum up ask the glass and it isn't done, then that is a big zero stars in my book. Still glass under the seats, on the floor mats, under the floor mattress AND if you used a vacuum, then why isn't the carpet cleaner than this. I shook the matts off onto the parking lot before leaving, brushed the glass off my running board, and picked up what I could see on the carpet. When I get home, it will for real get vacuumed, not just say I did.

The technicians communicated his arrival accurately and was very professional. The task was completed in an impressive time frame. I can't express enough how impressed I am with the whole Safelite windshield replacement process.
