Safelite AutoGlass

The technician was great. He was very cautious about replacing the windshield in a high wind and made a second trip to safely complete the installation. We were disappointed regarding the quote for wiper blade replacement costs. When we asked what the replacement blades would cost, we were told $35. The actual cost was $35 each, it was not the total which was what we had asked for.

$373.82 Service was terrific and Jason did fantastic work in a timely manner. A bit higher a price, though current economic system doable. Thank you for the great help.

Jason was our technician and he did a fabulous job! Very professional and friendly. Explained everything to us and made sure we were satisfied. Our only issue is now the car won’t start…lol But that’s not a safelight issue! Haha!

1. First attempt the tech would message saying he would call in 30 minutes and didn’t actually call. Told me the new windshield had a crack in it and asked me if I still wanted it. 2. Second attempt the appointment was from noon to 5pm on a Saturday. Tech arrived at 5:30pm. Then does the install but says his tablet isn’t working so he can’t calibrate the computer. Check engine light is on and he told me to just drive it that way.

Technician did a great job. No issues my 3 star rating comes from administration. We tech got here he told me my insurance had not varied. He called his supervisor and I called my insurance who told him it has been verified but computers were not talking to each other. Instead of trusting me I was required to pay the entire amount and follow up with my insurance. I get some clients seek to rip you off but no customer service from administration. I will most likely go to privately owned local company next time
