Went to the office in Springdale, got quick estimate, got booked for them to come to my house to replace & Tech was there on time, got it done in a timely fashion and very nice guy. He had to work in 102 degree temps directly in the sun for over 2 hours and was so patient (took a bit to get recalabration done). Would use them again for sure if I have too (hopefully no more rocks through the windshield)

Wonderful experience Just called my insurance company to verify coverage, file a claim and they were able to schedule the appointment for mobile service the very next day! It couldn’t have been easier! They showed up on time and communicated through the whole process. Very impressive.

We got there at 8:15 and didn’t leave till 1:15pm, this is not a kid friendly environment at all, there’s not even a changing table in the bathroom. Not everyone has someone to watch their kids or let them stay at home. They have a big front yard they can literally place a playground. They didn’t really communicate to us until 12 that they were having trouble recalibrating the camera and that was it even when they were finished with the car she didn’t come up and say “you’re car is done” she just went inside and assumed that we knew as we were outside. I would not nurse inside the building as so many people would show up and it’s such a small place that I didn’t want anyone uncomfortable or awkward so I would go outside to nurse in the grass and stay out there to allow my kids to get air and not bother other people by them playing inside. Estimated time frame was 3 hours not 5.

Easy online scheduling, fast and efficient Windshield replacement. The technicianleft no garbage or debris when the job was done. I would highly recommend this company for windshield repair or replacement

The repair on our windshield was good. I appreciate the technicians. My issue is the lady in the front at Springdale Safelite. When my husband walked in the first time, there was nobody in the waiting room, and the lady told him you know that’s a lot of paperwork for me. Why don’t you go ahead and go through your insurance yourself and come back to us. So I called corporate and they said no they will absolutely run it through insurance for us. So my husband went back, and the only reason he went back is it’s right next-door to his work to make it easier for him. He went in, dropped off his pick up. We were supposed to get a call when it was done. We never got a call. The technicians again were amazing. The front office staff, she seems to be unable, or unwilling to do her job.
