I got my car towed to this location after an object flew into my window and shattered the glass. This happened on a Friday and the next available appointment was Tuesday. On Tuesday they texted me in the morning saying they were working on my car. I never got a text or phone call saying it was done so I just showed up at the end of the day. They said it was finished and I paid over $1K to get my car back. Once I got home I noticed there was still little pieces of glass all over my vehicle. By the wipers on the outside, in the cupholders, under the mat on the driver side etc. I took it back the next day and they said they would clean it out. They worked on it for no more than 10 minutes and when I got back in the car there was still glass. They told me it was impossible to get every piece of glass and that I would need to go get it detailed. After paying over $1K for this service I expected it to be spotless. After their second attempt to clean out the glass there is still glass in my cup holders, on and under the drivers mat and next to my wipers outside the vehicle. This service was unacceptable.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, and they gladly accepted my vehicle without any issues. They completed the work ahead of schedule and called me as soon as it was ready. The windshield replacement and calibration were completed perfectly, and my vehicle was returned clean and in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend Safelite to my friends and family.

The repair was completed quickly, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth and hassle free. I gave 1 star since I had my windshield replaced at the Springfield Pa location and it appears to be done satisfactorily; however I paid for new windshield wipers and they were NOT replaced. I even specifically asked at check out if the new wipers were installed and the manager said yes. I can confirm they weren’t done because the existing wipers on the car are frayed and the rubber is peeling off. This makes me wonder about their quality control procedures and what else they potentially took short cuts on.

This experience was a big let down … because the work was good but there was some confusion with insurance but I was never told about any issue before the work was done. At the end I was told to pay a price I never even heard or know then was told I was lying. Fortunately I had the money but the fact that even the supervisor backed the secretary and didn’t do any research was wicked work. After I paid 500 for a window replacement I was fine the paper that proves I was never told about anything because it wasn’t signed Never Again!!!!
