Tech was thorough, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me on items that were not necessary!! All in All a Five Star Experience!! I had a small windshield crack from a pebble dropped by a gravel truck while on a long roadtrip. Passing the Syracuse area I found this Safelite shop (store #2022, Camillus, NY) and stopped on a Monday morning at about 10am. A technician was helping me within 3 minutes and the small crack was repaired inside of 30 minutes. The front desk attendant, Monica, was super friendly and helpful, getting me back on the road very quickly. I can't say enough about the service, friendliness, and competence of these folks!!

They are great people to deal with. The first 2 windshields were delivered to them damaged so they took some money off the bill for having to reschedule the appointment each time. The technician who was able to finally install the 3rd undamaged windshield was professional and had it complete in around a hour. Highly recommend them.

Had my vehicle windshield fixed a year ago, the chip they filled split within a month, the split grew larger over winter, paying for a full windshield replacement today, at my own expense, less than a year later. Would not recommend. Pictured is the chip they filled, that cracked further.
