I highly recommend the professional and efficient team at the Westbury Safelite AutoGlass. I brought my Kia K5 in on Saturday, August 29, 2026, for a windshield replacement. Ulrick and his team completed the flawless job in under an hour. They even took the extra time to perfectly reapply my registration and insurance stickers rather than just slapping them on. Plus, my camera recalibration certificate was emailed to me immediately. Outstanding service!

This has to be one of the best safelite auto repair shops. First they have a lot availability. Second the lady at the desk with long black hair was extremely nice !! She accommodated me the best she can and she did a great job!! The technician was very nice he got me out in 2 1/2 hrs. Thank you for giving me such amazing service.

I had my windshield replaced because of a large crack that appeared out of no where. From the ease of scheduling on the website to the communication and expertise of the Technician Xavier I truly felt like I was on their commercial! When was the last time you truly experienced fast friendly and expert service- mine was the other day. Safelite - give that man a raise because he really did an excellent job and epitomizes what your company advertises above and beyond!

The technicians and staff are professional, friendly and polite. I had windshields replaced twice in about ten years on two different vehicles at this same location. Both times it was quicker than expected and done correctly with no issues. The most recent glass replacement also required recalibration for vehicle safety systems and that was done correctly and quickly. With regard to pricing, I cannot comment as I used my insurance which includes full glass coverage so although I saw the apparent retail and insurance costs I do not know what the consumer cost would have been (i.e., if there are any discounts/markups). The waiting area is large but there are not too many seats, however it appears most customers tend to drop off their vehicles rather than wait. I would recommend this Safelite AutoGlass location and would go there again if I (hopefully not) needed to.

Good experience. I have 2.30 PM appointment for changing my car windshield & they called me to come early by 1 pm . got out by 3pm . Staff was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Windshield has life time warranty for any leaks. Professional Staff. This facility at Westbury is recommended.
