Safelite AutoGlass

The whole experience was great. Booking the appointment online, the technician notified me in advance he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. Very rarely can you get such a great experience anymore. The whole process was easy.

I chose to have safelite come to my house so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop or have someone go with me to give me a ride home and back to the shop. The technician called and let me know he was on his way and was very pleasant and explained exactly what he was going to do. Took a little over an hour for my truck windshield to be replaced. Albeit it is an older truck and does not have all the technology in the windshield so none of that was needed during the appointment. The price was reasonable and I liked the fact they could come to my house to do the job.

Brayden was my technician and he showed up earlier than I expected and was friendly, fast, and very informative. He went over everything with me because the Tellurides and Palisades are very picky about being repaired. I had a small chip from a rock and he fixed up my 2027 Telluride perfectly and you can’t even the mark.

If you need a new windshield this is where you need to get it!!! Seriously!! Take it from me!! I called and got a same day appointment first of all..second of all I have a Jeep Wrangler and the last place I went to in town charged me like way more than here. Plus I got rain protector and wipers! It only took 1 1/2 hours to complete. Everyone is super nice. If you need glass...this is your phone call!! 😉😎 5 stars

I needed a windshield replacement because I lost a fight with a bug - my ring had other plans. Safelite sent Justin to my house, and he was able to replace my windshield and calibrate the cameras in well under the estimated time. He was friendly and on time. I really wish more contracting services such as this provided the same experience. Highly recommended.
