I recently had a repair turned replacement and wanted to commend this location for their services. While there was a defect in the first glass that interfered with the safety equipment and cameras, from the getgo Omari and Drake were honest and upfront about both the problem and the solution. I appreciated their integrity as they kept me informed without prompting, and scheduled a second replacement appointment once the first had set. Eric was able to complete the second replacement without issue. He was both knowledgeable and friendly, keeping in touch with me throughout the day to make sure I was in the know about the process. Great experience, will definitely use again in the future if needed.

If you can avoid this specific location , please do so. I’ve had 2 windshields replaced there and on both instances, I had a horrible experience. Most recent experience was the cherry on top of not returning here for any future replacements. Technicians damaged our windshield frames , and had 0 accountability. Manager at the time “Robert” came out of the shop, did not acknowledge the damage or us and walked back inside. Had to escalate this matter with corporate to get our car fixed by them. Dealing with the management at that shop has been a headache. Such a revolving door. Please remember to take pictures of your own car prior to any service in case they try to lie and say damage was not done there.

Fernando from Safelite did an outstanding job with my window repair. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The entire process was quick and smooth, and the quality of his work was excellent. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my time and how clean he left the area afterward. If you’re lucky enough to get Fernando as your technician, you’re in great hands.

This was seamless. Easy set up for appointment. Easy processing with insurance. Excellent Service. Technician David was on time and very patient. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Satellite Auto Glass in Williamsburg is an exceptional establishment. The customer service was superb, demonstrating efficient and personable communications throughout the process. The windshield service was particularly professional and done in a timely fashion… everything was seamless and flawless. What experts! Thanks for a job well done.
