I recently had my windshield replaced here and had a great experience. The whole process took under an hour, which was much faster than I expected. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The workmanship was excellent, my windshield looks perfect. Highly recommend!

Whereas the service was performed in a timely manner, the technician damaged the support column on the passenger side of the vehicle. He assured me I would be hearing from someone, I have not as of today. It is bent and the paint is chipped, so bodywork is needed, this is a 2025 vehicle. Also he had an extremely dirty jacket on and got dirt smeared all over my seats, as well as sat on items that were on the passenger seat breaking the chain of my cross from the mirror. He told me he took pictures and attached to order. But still no communications.

Usually have really good experience with Safelite but not this time. I have now put to much effort into trying to get this fixed. Technician called and told me he was on his way which is great. Now the two star part. First window installed lasted 1.5 months. Then broke again. Safelite is not going to warranty it. Technician broke both hinge caps said I have to buy them. Installed wiper blade backwards when I turned on vehicle wiper came on went into the spare tire and broke. Wires were left hanging. Broken glass was still everywhere including my garage floor. Installed wrong window. Didn't clean the window. Now I am waiting to hear back from Safelite. I cannot use back hatch. I know your short handed but we all are.

My technician Jameel did an amazing job! My vehicle was vandalized and the damage to the glass was extreme. He did an excellent job cleaning the glass up. Basically detailed my car! He was extremely friendly and kept me informed along the way.
