Mixed review on overall experience. Work was completed as intended, but requested mobile service and technician had to take vehicle to shop to have help. Additional billing challenges experienced and customer service connect was less than pleasant.

After a minor incident with rock hitting the glass and making a small star shaped crack, I used a link through the USAA app to reach your company. This was very easy with an option that fit my time. From arrival to end of service the technician was pleasant and professional. I have to look hard to see the spot after and I know where it was. So, great outcome from great service.

State Farm is our insurance provider and offered Safelite as a recommended repair service after our windshield was cracked. We had used Safelite mobile service to replace a windshield years ago and remembered that they had done a great job. We filed a claim with State Farm and within a day, we were contacted by Safelite to schedule a windshield replacement. The service rep who called was from the local shop and was friendly and helpful. He confirmed the extent of damage, the need for replacement instead of repair and confirmed the replacement was fully covered by our insurance policy. We were offered either mobile service or we could drop our car at the local Safelite repair shop - both had appointments available within a day or two. The weather was going to be bad for the rest of the week, so we chose the shop over a mobile service. We dropped off the car and was told it would take 2-3 hours. About 3 hours later, we got the call that it was ready. The actual installer called. He explained that the rear view camera had to be recalibrated and that we would receive a certificate explaining that. He said everything had gone well and said that there was a lifetime warranty on his workmanship and explained the care needed for the next few days as the adhesive cured. We were very happy with the entire process and the workmanship at Safelite.

Scheduling online for my 2019 Audi TTRS was super easy. The price was much better than what other places quoted me, and the staff was really friendly and informative. I only waited about an hour and a half, which wasn’t bad at all. Overall, a great experience!

Outstanding Experience with Safelite – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful experience with Safelite AutoGlass. I own and operate a luxury transportation business, and while parked in my Lincoln Navigator at a business parking lot, I had a frightening encounter. A mentally unstable individual came out of the bushes and began banging on my driver’s side window until it shattered. While waiting for the police to finish their investigation, I went online and found Safelite. The process was simple and efficient. I received a very reasonable quote and was immediately offered two options: either visit one of their shops in a week, or have a technician come to my home the following morning. I chose the in-home service. After scheduling, I received an email with the technician’s name and photo—his name was Brandon. The repair was scheduled for between 8 AM and 12 PM. Brandon called me around 8 AM to confirm he’d be arriving around 10:30. I had errands to run, so I left my Navigator in the driveway and the key in my garage. When Brandon arrived, I remotely opened the garage door, and he got to work. By the time I returned home, the repair was complete. I was blown away by the quality of the work. Everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass, especially their mobile service—it’s fast, convenient, and top-notch. If you’re looking to get quality work done quickly and without hassle, this is the way to go.
