Same Day Windshield

Everything was smooth and the installer was great! I work at a gas station and after the install I asked the installer if he would like a 6-pack of his choice and he said he "doesn't drink" so I was hugely more impressed! Thank you SameDay Windshield!

I wish I could give and experience what a 4.7 star rating on my truck, but I guest I was unlucky. Thank God, I didn't have to pay, my complaint is as follows. Beware they don't replace the cosmetic parts of your windshield, even though their tech removed it. They also don't give you the same glass as the one you have on your vehicle. If you have tint, it's gone.. Also, make sure you choose Safelite in the red truck company, they trick you with the wording.

I feel the company did a great job. I do feel however some of the men come a long way to service my car . 3 hours away seems really far to me. When a person who has many appointments in his day still needs to drive to my location . Which due to some issues he was having in his day caused me to wait a extra day to get the calibration done on my vehicle .which I'm sure it was due to the distance he still needed to drive to get to me that day .but I still give them 5 star for a job well done .

Fantastic ! Had an emergency and they got to me right away. Super nice and professional technician. Would absolutely recommend this company every time A+++ Oh and you get a human every time. No automated answering. A lovely young lady who strives to be super helpful.

I have to admit I was a little worried about not using a know name like Safelite. I could not be more pleased. Same Day responded immediately early on a Saturday morning. They got my insurance rep on a 3-way call, and by Monday morning I had a new windshield very professionally installed and calibrated in my driveway by Monday morning. I have a Mercedes cabriolet. Other companies I spoke with said it would be “a few days” to even get a windshield for due to it “not being common vehicle.” I did not pay a dime. Great experience and highly recommend Same Day!!
