Sam did an efficient and thorough job of replacing my windshield. He was near and explained the process clearly

We live in Pueblo CO and my husband’s car broke down while working in CO Springs. A stressful day to say the least. Everyone at JM auto was super helpful, hospitable, honest and had top notch communication. They had the problem figured out fixed and had my husband on the road in 90 minutes. Too bad I had to give a star but ultimately ZERO star. This guy shows up without a heads up that he's on the way. Which would have been nice since we were on an important health phone call. Second he destroyed the inside of the car! Ruined the interior A pillars and headliner. Scratched the exterior A pillars and scratched the hood. At one point I looked outside to see how it was going and this guy is flipping through a manual. That isn't a bad thing but given the state of my car the guy shouldn't be working with vehicles.

John is the man! My rear view mirror on my Subaru Outback one day just randomly fell off the windshield. I called and asked if they could help me out. He said come down in an hour and it will only take me 5 minutes, and it did! Excellent service.

Absolutely 5 stars. I would give them more if I could. I called this past weekend (Friday) and told them that I broke my rear view mirror off from my windshield and the gentleman on the phone heard me and understood my plight. He offered to help and said that they could simply put it back on somehow with a special adhesive and adjust the placement of my mirror. I was very surprised because every other place I called said that I would need to replace the full windshield. Understandable since the glass has been compromised but it wasn’t a deep crack, just a small chunk of glass was missing. They helped me out and got it put back on at no charge and the whole staff was immensely courteous and polite and nice and if I ever have any windshield issues in the future I will gladly give them a call and look forward to their assistance.
