Everyone kept me abreast of what was going on. They're very personable. They treat you more than a customer. Although I came in with one request, they guided me through the entire process, with practical deadlines. I called Justin at Shield Auto Glass, and he was extremely helpful and professional. He fixed my trucks sliding rear window lock. He was efficient and very professional!! He did a great job!! Excellent service and great personnel! I highly recommend Justin and Shield Auto Glass.

Great service. We called, and they got us in same day. There’s a great seating area if you need to wait on your vehicle. I have a one year old, and they were great with her. They gave clear after care instructions. I would absolutely recommend.

I’ve got 2 BMW’s that needed windshield replacement due to the terrible roads we have here in NC. What stood out to me is Shields has the most up-to-date equipment to recalibrate all my cameras in both of my cars. They’re great with communication and super flexible and do their best to work around your schedule. Today I brought my 2026 BMW in to get a chip repaired and they took care of it with no questions asked. Very professional, my wife and I both had our windshields done at the some time, mine was mobile, they were super quick, 15 minutes they were in, out and done. My wife had to go in shop for hers, again, quick and simple, even with a calibration. Sadly she had a distortion in the middle of her windshield, but called the next day and Denise got us taken care of super quick. Less then a week and it was replaced again. Sadly I dont remember the name of who did mine, but James did my wifes rav4 both times and was done perfect both times!
