SOS Auto Glass & Calibration

I had the driver's side window replaced by SOS Auto Glass. The service was amazing! They were able to come to my home the next day, the technician was out early, was kind and polite and did a wonderful job replacing the broken window and cleaning up all of the glass pieces inside and outside of the truck. I didn't have to miss a day of work this repair was done so quick! I highly recommend this company for all auto glass replacement.

Unsatisfactory experience with SOS Autoglass at 11157 Lindbergh Business Ct. My wife had SOS replace the windshield on her car. The next morning while washing the car scrapes and adhesive deposits were noticed on the hood. Immediately showed her the damage. Went to SOS, explained what had been found and supplied photos. Was assured these would be shown to the manager and would be contacted. No response. Again stopped by SOS and once again had to explain what had been found. Was told to resend the photos and that the manager would get back to me. No response. Since then have called to speak with the manager who is never available. No response. The damage should have been brought to our attention rather than we having to discover it. To repeatedly receive no response is indicative of a fundamental problem with SOS Glass. I would urge using great caution in dealing with SOS Auto Glass and take photos of your vehicle before and a careful inspection afterwards.

It's not typical for me to write a review - unless the service hits it out of the part. That's exactly what happened with SOS Auto Glass and team. Faith was amazing in coordinating my fix. SOS Auto Glass did everything quickly and professionally, including the technician's customer service during the repair. I truly could not be more impressed with this company. If you need a windshield repair - THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE!

Best service, unbeatable prices. I know because I called many places, and I was stunned at the SOS price. And they came to my home and did the work in like 20mins. Thank you so much, SOS Auto Glass, for replacing my windshield. You saved the day!!!

So, I’ve try to pass safety inspection, but my mechanic said, I have to replace a cracked windshield on my vehicle. I called To SOS, lady on the phone was really nice, asked my home address, and specialist showed up in one hour, it took 45 mins to replace a windshield. Wow, I’m really happy, excellent job quality and reasonable price. Highly recommend!!! Thank you guys!
