Southwest Auto Glass, Central El Paso. TX | Windshield Repair El Paso

I had my windshield replaced at Southwest Auto Glass (Montana Avenue) on a Saturday by appointment, and the entire process took just one hour. The service included windshield calibration, replacement of all stickers, and a thorough cleanup. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they did an outstanding job on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I highly recommend them for anyone needing quality auto glass service.

Southwest Auto Glass Review I strongly do not recommend Southwest Auto Glass. Fox Acura of El Paso outsourced my windshield replacement to Southwest Auto Glass, and what should have been a routine job turned into an unacceptable experience involving sloppy workmanship, poor communication, questionable handling of my vehicle, and damage discovered after the work was supposedly corrected. • On June 8, 2026, Southwest Auto Glass sent a mobile team to Fox Acura to replace my windshield. • June 9, 2026 upon inspection, the workmanship was terrible. The molding seals were sticking out, gasket linings were loose, the camera area was dirty, and there were visible globs of sealant around the windshield. This was not professional work. • I contacted Southwest Auto Glass, Montana location, and spoke with the general manager, who said his best crew would return to fix the problem after new moldings arrived. • On June 15, 2026, I was told my vehicle had been taken from the dealership to Southwest Auto Glass’s shop for repairs. I did not authorize my vehicle to be removed from the dealership, and the Southwest Auto Glass general manager could not give me a straight answer about who approved it. • On June 16, 2026, after the vehicle was returned, I found multiple scratches, scuffs, paint blemishes, and damage to the driver’s side fender well lining. This was a completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. The original installation looked careless, the follow-up process lacked accountability, and my vehicle came back with damage that should never have happened. I should not have had to chase answers, question who moved my vehicle, or spend my own time addressing problems caused during this process. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against using Southwest Auto Glass. There are more professional and trustworthy auto glass companies available. Do not trust Southwest Auto Glass with your vehicle.

Great Service, great prices! Chris was very helpful, and Thank You to Mr. Rafael Garcia for taking the time to email me back, after submitting an online quote! He offered me a great deal! Thanks again!

Southwest Auto Glass (west side location) replaced my windshield in 2 hours. Included calibration, sticker replacements, clean up, etc… Staff very professional, friendly, and did a Great Job on my 2024 KIA!

I was told by my service advisor, from Dick Poe, to bring my vehicle here for the installation of my side view mirror glass that cracked! The young ladies in the front were very courteous, and I asked if Chris was available. I spoke with Chris and he immediately told me that they can install the side view today! If you need your windshield, or side view mirrors, installed I would highly recommend them!
