Southwest Auto Glass, West El Paso , TX | Windshield Repair & Replacement El Paso

This is professional business that follows all business standards. You will receive written/printed estimate of your service. You have the choice to take it or go to another shop. This is a big time advantage over any other business that does not follow a simple standard like this. My request was to replace a windshield that was done correctly with a good warranty. Bravo. Good Company.

Wanna give a big thank you to DeeJay and the team for fixing my windshield!. Everyone was great and friendly and did a great job. The place was clean, welcoming, and the price was definitely worth it. Once again thank you to DeeJay and everyone that helped me out I would definitely recommend coming here for any windshield repair or replacement!

Big shoutout to LJ, Danny and all the technicians. Communicated everything clearly and made sure my car was well taken care of. My installation was quick and great price for the service they provided. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty disappointed coming here. I needed a chip fixed on my windshield, nothing crazy probably less than the size of a quarter. They said they could fix it, so they filled it up and it seemed fine for the first day or two until a crack seemed to come out of the same chip. After like 2 days the crack seemed to be about half an inch. I went back expecting them to at least try to put more resin in so the crack would stop running more. Surprisingly they just turned me away saying they couldn’t do anything after the first attempt and all they could do is give me my money back towards a new windshield. Those range from 500$ to 1000$ on my car so that wasn’t a great option. So the option they pretty much gave me was let the crack continue to run or get 75$ off a new windshield. Thankfully I called another shop near by called El Paso windshield Repair and they gave it a shot. Not 10 min later they filled it up through the same hole Southwest Auto Glass filled from and fixed the running crack. I’m sure they’ve done good work here too but it’s really disappointing for a paying customer to be told they can’t do nothing after their work was unacceptable. Everyone was nice and friendly so no complaints about that but it wouldn’t hurt to at least try.

Had a great experience with Danny at Southwest Auto Glass. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently without cutting corners. You can tell he takes pride in his work, the quality was solid and everything looks perfect. Pricing was fair, and the whole process was smooth with no surprises. If you’re looking for someone reliable who knows what they’re doing, I’d definitely recommend Danny. Appreciate the great service.
