Speed Auto Glass

Great service, fast and good price! They fixed and cleaned too, excellent job and will definitely recommend to my friends.

I am so happy I drove almost 30mins to Speed Auto Glass Shop. Worth the time and price. They did an amazing job. The female receptionist was very helpful and polite. The owner and workers were very professional and knowledgeable. I also ask about an Emissions Test nearby and owner was so kind to tell me about the Emissions testing shop right behind their shop. That was so nice of him to give me that information. It really saved me a drive and time. Thank you all so much

10/10 experience! Someone broke into my car last night and shattered my window, and these guys really came through for me. They were able to get me in the same day and had my window completely fixed within 2 hours. Super fast, professional, and the work came out perfect. I really appreciate them helping me out on such short notice. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto glass work!

A beautiful Sunday morning drive through East Potomac Park abruptly ended when a golf ball careened into and cracked my front windshield. Startled, I immediately pulled over to assess the damage. I quickly called four businesses that advertised prompt Sunday service, but only one answered the phone and delivered on its promise: Speed Auto Glass in Alexandria, Virginia. After completing the online quote form, I received a prompt follow-up call. An estimate was provided, although I was asked to bring the vehicle in for an accurate assessment. Mobile service was not available, but I appreciated the straightforward communication. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. My vehicle was inspected and then pulled into a service bay for windshield replacement. Despite having three vehicles being serviced at the same time, the team appeared organized and efficient. While waiting, I enjoyed a cool, clean, comfortable, and spacious lobby, especially appreciated on a +90 degree day. The waiting area included a table, several chairs, complimentary tea, and magazines. My partner and I even had time to enjoy lunch at a nearby Thai restaurant while the work was being completed. Approximately three hours later, my vehicle was ready. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. What began as an unexpected disruption to my Sunday ended with excellent customer service and a quality repair. Thank you to the team at Speed Auto Glass for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Outstanding experience when requiring a full windshield replacement. Great communication where they are up front and honest about cost and schedule to include what options are available - such as better glass options (no upselling). The waiting area was exceptionally nice, and you can tell they really care about their business. The shop area was very clean and organized instilling an abundance of well-deserved confidence. Will not hesitate to go back.
