Speedy Glass

Cannot thank the team at Speedy Glass on Brayton Drive enough for their incredible help. After dealing with another local branch (the Huffman location) that was unable to assist me for nearly 2.5 months, I was feeling completely stuck. From the moment I walked into the Brayton Drive location, it was a night-and-day difference. The customer service here is truly amazing. They didn't just handle my windshield replacement; they went above and beyond to resolve a complex issue with my third-party deductible coverage that had previously been stalled. They actually took ownership of the challenge and got it sorted out when no one else could. If you are looking for a shop in Anchorage that actually cares about their customers and is willing to put in the extra work to get things done right, this is the place to go. They turned a two-month headache into a professional, stress-free experience. Highly recommended!

I recently used Speedy Glass for a residential condo window replacement, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Mia (if I'm remembering her name correctly) went above and beyond to squeeze us into the schedule on very short notice. She had an amazing attitude throughout the process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Customer service like that is hard to find. Justin(?) helped coordinate the initial measurement and prepare the quote. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer questions thoroughly. The gentleman who came out to complete the site measurement was equally impressive—kind, professional, and unfazed by the many questions I threw his way. He made sure I understood the process and felt confident moving forward. What really stood out was how responsive and communicative the entire team was. They consistently kept us informed, followed up when needed, and genuinely seemed invested in making sure we were satisfied with both the process and the final result. On top of the excellent service, their rates were more competitive than most of the other companies we contacted, and the lead time was surprisingly short. The combination of fair pricing, quick turnaround, and exceptional customer service makes this Speedy Glass an easy recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future window replacement projects.

Mirror came unglued from windshield Speedy installed a few years ago. Sharon said to just drop by. John glued the base on and I have to wait a few days to attach the mirror. New location but same friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t have to wait and there was no charge

Many thanks to the team who helped my family and I get two windows fixed after loosing our mom suddenly. Randy Whitting was very kind and helpful with getting us scheduled and helped ensure the windows were boarded up until the new glass was in to be installed. Derek Thomas was great when he came out to measure the windows and was very helpful and answered all of our questions during this process. Donovan Komakhuk was a great installer, he ensured the windows were safely boarded up while the glass was being shipped. Donovan K and Joe Evans were both great the day of install, they were very polite, helpful and did a great job. They got both windows fixed super quick and did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend this team for any window repairs and replacement! Great team! Thank you all again!
