Speedy Glass

Had rock chips in both of my vehicles and they were able to get me in the same day and did an excellent job of filling them in. You can barely tell they were there. Joan was super nice and professional and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

The manager, Aaron, could have easily sold me on an unnecessary repair. Instead, he took the time to inspect the damage and honestly explained that it was only a scratch, that no repair was needed, and that it would not worsen over time. Thanks Aaron!

I was passing through town on a road trip when I found an approximately 7 inch crack in the windshield on the driver side. I called Speedy Glass and spoke to Aaron the branch manager who agreed to take a look and try to repair and also see if a full replacement is needed. With Aaron’s decades of expertise in auto glass repair, he got one of his guys to fully repair the crack with some assistance. Granted it wasn’t cosmetically perfect as it wasn’t supposed to be (cracks this size typically require a full replacement), he was able to restore full structural integrity of the crack by filling it with resin all the way to the tip of the crack (where the pressure point is) and it took them about 45 min give or take. What’s both crazy and amazing is at the end of it Aaron refused to take any payment! He said something along the lines of were the fix more flawless and cosmetically perfect, he would let me pay . I ended up giving his technician a tip but that’s not the point of the story. They completely resolved my issue of not having to worry about the crack spreading further and sidestepping the safety issue which is first and foremost the most important thing! Now I can carry on the rest of my road trip which has well over 1,000 miles left without having to worry about a windshield replacement. It’s heartwarming to know that in this day and age there are still honest and kind people and businesses out there like Aaron and Speedy Glass. Therefore after reading my story, it would be extremely smart and prudent for anyone to give this place their business:) Thanks Aaron and Speedy Glass you’re the best!

Had the store replace the windshield on my 2011 Tacoma. Price was fair and timely however after a few days while applying Rain X to the new windshield I noticed several deep scratches in the hood as a result of sloppy handling by the installer, Since a week or so had passed before I noticed there was little point in confronting the shop about it so let this review be a warning to anyone considering service there , Thoroughly inspect your paint and finish after their work and ideally take before and after photos of vulnerable areas. Needless to say I do not recommend this shop for glass work.

I want to extend our deepest gratitude to Aaron and the regional manager for their generous windshield replacement donation to one of our employees during a difficult time. Their kindness came right in the middle of the holiday season, when support and compassion mean even more. Our agency works hard every day to keep children safe as we transport foster youth to their family visitations. Reliable and safe vehicles are essential to the work we do, and this donation directly helped ensure that our staff can continue providing consistent, secure transportation for the kids we serve. Thank you for stepping up for our team and for the children in our community. Your generosity truly made a difference, and we are incredibly grateful. — Hope & Family Social Services
