When i called Star Auto Glass I was pretty upset because I had just left from an appointment with Auto Glass Now in which I waited a month for my appointment..while waiting for the day of my appointment this company called or text everyday for 30 to make sure I would be at that appointment and I confirmed and confirmed and confirmed for 30..i arranged for a ride to pick me up and I got there on time.. I wasn't impressed with the business from the start..there were cars everywhere and no parking organization at all..nowhere to park for or my ride. I walked in to see where to park and the lady was rude..she had just got there.after 10 or 15 minutes she proceeded to tell me my windshield was not there yet.. I was very upset after waiting so long and them telling me it was there and confirmed appointment several times and all that woman could is..Sorry!! She didn't even say i will call u when it gets here or really sorry about the inconvenience. Nothing!!! I walked out madder then hell.. I got home and looked up some more businesses and Star Auto Glass was the next one that I called..i explained what happened and they really about how I was treated at Auto Glas Now..they quoted me a good price and said they can take care of me as soon as I could get there..and they exactly that.. They were very professional, very caring, and went way and beyond to make my experience there there the best.. They did a great job and treated me like part of the family... Great group of guys that work here. They were able to order my glass quickly and change it for the lowest price I could find in Springfield. (called about 10 shops) Would 100% recommend it to anyone needing a quality windshield replacement at a great price and short time. Big shoutout to Jack and Tony for making it happen.👍🏼

10/10 these guys rock Called all around town trying to find A windshield for my 1992 Mazda Miata, Some quotes in town were near $500 and others were around $300 Give or take. These guys took care of me for $240 installed, and I brought the back window for the hard top with me and these guys even installed it and went as far as putting molding trim all around the top for me. Cannot stress how thankful I am for these guys taking such good care of this vehicle and in less than two hours for the front and the rear windows to be installed. I am beyond impressed and pleased. I will not go anywhere else for another windshield on any of our vehicles

They were fast and cheap but you get what you pay for. They damaged my interior and rear view mirror, and cracked off and damaged my rubber liner on the outside of the windshield. Also they didn't even properly put the cloth ceiling edge back under the windsheild on the roof. I immediately called Jack Owens after I got home and saw the damage. Jack said he would help no problem and acted nice over the phone. When I got there he denied taking responsibility for any of the damage they did to my car. The cost of all the damage they did is greater than the savings on their pricing. Beware of this shop. They are super ghetto!!! The guy literally lives in the back where they work on the cars, there is a mattress and shelves set up in there. I am not kidding!
