Summit Auto Calibration LLC

Summit Calibration is truly a class act! Joe was honest every step of the way, listening to concerns and explaining the issues thoroughly and intelligently. He was extremely fair about labor hours and even helped me by getting a headlight assembly for free as he knew it was under lifetime warranty. He followed up multiple times to get it delivered for me. Wow!! What service and fair prices!!!

We’ve had a great experience working with Summit Calibration. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to properly diagnose and resolve even the more complex electrical and programming issues that many shops struggle with. Their pricing is very fair for the level of expertise they provide, and the turnaround time is consistently quick, which helps keep both us and our customers moving without long delays. Communication is always clear and professional, and they truly stand behind their work. Overall, Summit Calibration provides top-notch customer service and high-level technical support. They’re a shop we trust and confidently recommend when a vehicle requires specialized diagnostics or calibration work.

Your people drive to cause accidents. License plate ending in 815 was tailgating me and doing 75 on us 30. Do better.

Joe completely bent over backwards to help us with our Porsche while we struggled with poor service from the Ft Wayne Porsche dealer. He went well beyond to help us with correcting the car after a collision and weeks later, it's still perfect. Much appreciated. And thank you for covering their lack of attention to detail.

Customer service oriented! Not often do you leave an auto shop feeling better than when you arrived but man, I feel good knowing my car is safely within OEM specifications. They went the extra mile explaining how the system works, what happened, and how to fix it. They made me feel comfortable and aware about what was being done! Save yourself from the dealer heartache (and wallet ache) and drop by a legit Small Business! Thanks team!
