I’m an uber driver and chase has fixed my windshield more times from rocks than I want to count. He is awesome at windshield repairs and I have never had a problem at all after he has fixed them, also a very nice guy would recommend him to anyone looking to get there windshield repaired.

I had some scratches repaired on several windows at my home. I was a little nervous that there might be some distortion after repair, but Kasey really took great care to ensure that the repair was flawless. They truly look good as new. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you, Kasey!

PLEASE DO NOT USE.........I strongly recommend avoiding this company for windshield replacement. After they installed a windshield on my 2020 Infiniti QX80, multiple serious issues followed. The initial installation caused damage to the passenger-side pillar, and a follow-up repair failed when the replacement part detached while I was driving on the highway-creating a dangerous situation. Since then, I’ve had to spend over $1,000 out of pocket fixing additional damage. Independent professionals have also identified concerns with improper windshield installation and sensor/camera issues that could affect safety features. I’ve been told critical steps like proper molding replacement, clip installation, and calibration were not completed. I no longer feel safe trusting their workmanship. What should have been a straightforward service turned into an ongoing, costly, and stressful situation. I would not recommend using this company. When I contact Todd Jones, owner he dismissed everything and replied " we did everything right" obviously NOT. Terrible customer service, failure to reply back to email, after he confirmed he received it. Zero stars, this review requires you to select a star, if not it doesn't allow you to post. What's more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Don't trust them to lay a hand on your vehicle. GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING!!!

I used Superglass of Concord to replace a cracked windshield on my 2025 Honda Ridgeline. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Todd and his crew replaced the windshield in a timely manner with great attention to detail. They performed a camera calibration and verified everything was working properly. I am very pleased with the quality of the work they performed. I highly recommend Superglass of Concord.

Wanted to jump on here and leave a review. I can’t say enough good things about Todd and his sons. They did an excellent job replacing my windshield—professional, polite, and very friendly. We had great conversations, and they took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I definitely recommend their services, and I’ll absolutely be using them again for window tinting in the near future.
