I took our Chevy truck in to be worked on. Jim and his team fixed the issue and even got the a/c working for us too! We also took our Jeep grand Cherokee in and Jim's team diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly. Overall I am very happy with their service and have recommended them to many friends and family!

Just got my front camera calibrated and let me Tell you Jim and his son are some of the best people to deal with. Went in, got taken care of super fast and best of all at a fair price 😊 definitely recommend them.

Worst service experience I have ever encountered. I dropped off my vehicle on December 17, 2025, for a simple scheduled software update. Three weeks later, the update still hasn't been completed. Beyond the delay, the communication from Mr. Jim Talbot has been unacceptable. Every time I request an update, he informs me that he "shouldn't be communicating with me" and should only be speaking to the warranty company. To be clear: I am the owner of the vehicle. I chose this shop, I dropped off the car, and I am the one who must authorize all repairs. Mr. Talbot seems to have forgotten that without customers, there is no business to run. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and basic customer service.

Jim and his team are top notch here. They are kind and knowledgeable. They have fixed my Chevy Traverse a few times now and they are my go to and recommended mechanic to those that ask.

Thank you to the Team at Superior. My 2022 Odyssey has been taken care of very well by them multiple times. First time they caught a sloppy job done by Honda of the Dessert and the second time rheu caught the issue and remedied the situation quickly. High recommended. Will suggest to all my friends with vehicle issues to go there.
