SWF Calibrations

5 Stars! Let me just say this business not only the work performed but the people made it memorable. I had a calibration issue on my Bentley Flying Spur. Everything worked except the adaptive cruise control it was out of alignment. When that happens you cant even use a regular NON adaptive cruise control the system goes totally down. It also makes the bentley safeguard system not work and throw a code as its all the same module. So your dashboard is lit like a Xmas tree. I learned this by doing a lot of reasearch on my own. I called the car dealer and was quoted almost 3k and 10hrs labor and it seemed ridiculous and they need the car for a few days. I called SWF calibration told them my issue I spoke with Amber. She was so nice and truly cared, she checked with the tech called me back and said we can do it. The cost is $150 to diagnose it and if we can't fix it you only pay the $150. I figured what do I have to loose.. I got there I was so kindly greeted by Heather and Bernadette who were so enjoyable to talk with while I waited. They brought the techs Brian and Logan out as I had questions. They answered my questions and concerns and away they went to get it done. They kept me informed after the diagnosis and said we can fix this all in with tax it will be $400. I couldn't say yes fast enough. In less than 2 hours not only was everything fixed and WORKING! The what I now call the (WIZARDS) tech guys Brian and Logan cleared and fixed other codes I wasn't aware of gave me the code and calibration print outs and said I also get a 1yr warrenty on the work AMAZING! This is also the same owner of Mike's auto glass who I used for windshield replacements and windshield chips/cracks filled in. This family style owned company is so professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable etc. I could go on and on, in today's world its nice to be treated fair by people who enjoy what they do. Big shout out to Amber, Heather, Bernadette and the wizard techs Brian and Logan. Thank you all!

I was with my wife and son today on Clark road and this driver aggressively cut us off in forced us out of the road in congested traffic. Terrible representation of the company.
