Tachoir Auto Body Jefferson Hills

My vehicle was in an accident, hit by another vehicle. That person's insurance company (State Farm) paid for the repairs. The syrvey question regarding price of the repair really doesn't apply, so I just answered Reasonable Price. I was very pleased with the repairs done. It took a while but that was not Tachoir Collision Center's fault. I was not concerned about that, just the end result. I was very pleased with communication throughout the repair process. Dale Popovich did a great job communicating with me throughout the repair process. Asside from a couple of very minor issues after I got my vehicle back, which were quickly taken care of, I'm very pleased with the end result. My vehicle looks great. My wife and I just bought our 2023 Altima pretty much brand new 19k miles unfortunately accidents happen and it is what it is... We had a coupl choices through our insurance and I knew we didn't want to deal with the big box dealer especially when we didn't buy the vehicle from either of them.. I've definitely heard of Tachoir Auto Body in Jefferson Hills but never had to use them but it wasn't dealing w a different service person for answers or updates , Tachoir did everything they said so far so good and I've waited a month before I posted...💯 Definitely recommend over large corporate dealers ....

I had a great experience with Tachoir Auto Body. The whole team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My car came back looking like it was never in an accident — the quality of the work is honestly top tier. They finished everything on time (even quicker than expected), and the customer service really stood out. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right and treating people right. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the Jefferson Hills / South Hills area.

I cannot recommend Tachoir enough! I chose them because they’re a local, certified Toyota repair shop, and I specifically wanted OEM parts for my RAV4. They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. They also made dealing with my insurance company a breeze. What truly sets this shop apart is the staff - they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. A few weeks after my repairs were completed, they even sent me a thank you card, which was such a thoughtful touch. I will absolutely return for any future auto body needs!
