Very peaceful process and customer service for a not so peaceful situation. No one wants to have to replace their windshield, but Kristi, Adan and other staff were amazing to deal with. They had the factory glass in stock (there is a national backorder on my glass) were very punctual to schedule me and even came out to my residence to complete the job! Thanks again!

I had a small chip on my windshield and wanted to find a shop that I could trust. Bonnie at the shop was super helpful and made the process easy and getting it fixed was very easy and they helped me understand what was happening. I would recommend for anyone wanting a good reputable shop.

Complete nightmare experience with these people. I brought my Tesla in for a new windshield on 3/23 and everything seemed fine until I got home and realized that certain features of the car weren’t working. The lead tech at Tesla of Schaumburg told me that the glass shop didn’t program the car properly after the glass installation. I took it back to them on 3/30 and they fixed the programming issue and everything was fine. On 4/1 I noticed a large scrape and a dent in the rear passage quarter panel. My car records 24/7 and I was sure to have video of the person responsible for the damage. I checked the hard drive of my car and out of the few places I went in those 2 days no one damaged my car. I went back to Tesla and asked them why my car didn’t record such an event and their answer was the car was in service mode when this happened. The auto glass shop refused to take responsibility for the damage and when my State Farm adjuster reached out to them and asked for the shop’s video footage they responded that their cameras were broke that day. Pretty convenient for them I guess while I had to pay my deductible to State Farm.

Had bad experiences with Safelite. Came here for a simple windshield chip repair and I am very happy with it, it's held up over a month now. Went from being a sightly nuisance to something I don't even think about anymore. I especially appreciate how they worked with my insurance.

Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Safelite quoted me $557 to replace the cracked windshield on my Subaru Forester, but Auto Glass Shop completed the job for just $325. They also reattached my city stickers and I-PASS, which I really appreciated. I hope I do not need windshield service again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely return. Highly recommend!
