Three Rivers Auto Glass

Three Rivers Auto Glass is a local chain business that repairs and replaces vehicle windshields. In the winter, a rock flew off the road and hit my husband's windshield. Our auto insurance company recommended Three Rivers for replacement. The employees replaced the windshield, but the camera bracket got cracked in the process and caused a warning light. Our insurance company got Three Rivers to replace the windshield a second time and to fix the camera bracket.

I had my windshield replaced here months ago. As soon as I left and got on the main road I could hear the wind. It wasn’t until recently removing snow I discovered the trim moulding running up the driver’s side of the windshield was never reattached. The morning after my windshield replacement I walked out to my vehicle and saw the chemical compound they for some reason got all over the paint of my hood and passenger side panel and then chose to not bother cleaning off. Don’t understand why everyone else but me gets the 5 star service, especially when I go out of my way to accommodate. I’ll be going elsewhere to have this moulding professionally reattached.

Very experienced and professional. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly but carefully. Dan at the Warrendale office was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. Technicians Alex and Zach arrived and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell they were very experienced installers and did a great job! Highly recommended!!!!

Three rivers auto is great! They got back to me same day, scheduled an appointment for soon after, picked up my car from my home and changed the glass in about 2 hours! The staff was friendly and the prices are better than other shops I looked at first. Highly recommend!

I needed my windshield replaced and I chose these guys based on their reviews. They came within the time frame that I had chosen and immediately went to work. Matt was courteous and professional. Dan came to calibrate my front lane sensing camera. Both helped one another and got the job done quickly. They cleaned the new windshield real good prior to install and wiped down my dusty dashboard real nice. Two things that I wasn’t too happy about were 1) wrong brand of windshield was brought to site to install when I specified for OEM Mopar part 2) inspection stickers were peeled terribly. Their work ethics and results supersedes those two issues so all and all, excellent experience and will recommend.
