Transparency Auto Glass

Great company to work with!!! One of the only in the Raleigh area that do sunroofs Dropped it off in the morning and got back the same day, what else could you ask for!!! And great pricing as well

workmanship seems to be fine and people friendly. I was scheduled to wait. Didnt know it would be 4hrs. They could have done a better job communicating that in email or even when you walk in. I handed them my keys and wasnt given any info. Their WiFi is horrible and I couldnt get much better cellular hotspot to do my work over the 4hr wait.

I asked my favorite AI agent to do the research on auto Glass replacement and Claude recommended this company… I also had a 5 star experience! Remarkable friction free experience and customer service. Hats off to Jace and Hunter and the technicians who did the installation!

Great place, from the walk in the receptionist is very friendly/ helpful. Repaired my windshield (front) Friday and was done that same day. A feb recalibrate code appeared later at night, just one phone call, and they got me in minutes the following day everything fixed. Very smooth process. I highly recommend these guys, they are curtious and professional.

Transparency Auto Glass is the absolute best place, without question, to get your vehicle windows repaired or replaced. In a string of recent car break-ins in Cary, my 2015 Lexus GS was broken into. One window was shattered and another was severely cracked, which led me on a search to get my windows replaced. At first, I went to a well-known nationwide brand. Long story short, that company brought the wrong window, tripled the price on me without notice, and wouldn’t schedule me. I decided that I needed to find a different company. After a good amount of searching, I found Transparency Auto Glass. After a quick call with Hunter, who empathized with my situation and gave me a price quote, I decided this was the place I needed to go. Even though they’re located in Garner (thirty minutes from me), it is completely worth it. When I arrived with my car, Hunter and another one of their staff (unfortunately I did not get his name) explained everything: from the time it would take, what exactly the scope of the job was, and making sure I understood everything every step of the way. Not only was the service and communication above what I could have ever hoped for, but Transparency also gave me the best price for OEM glass. I can’t recall the last time that I’ve taken my car somewhere and felt as cared for as I did here. I hope I won’t be needing to get any windows replaced anytime soon but, if I do, I will without a doubt be back. Thank you all again!
