After a standard windshield replacement, I had issues with my rearview mirror falling off the glass. TC Autoglass would send a tech out to fix it at no additional cost. This happened multiple times over several weeks until they eventually ordered me a replacement mirror. Throughout the process, TC Autoglass was very polite and took full responsibility for resolving the issue.

Man these guys were fantastic. They were able to get me in quickly, did a wonderful job, and at a fair price. I specifically worked with Carl and he even reached out to let me know I could come in earlier than my appointment time if it works out - say less. I showed up at 1:15 and was sitting in my car with my brand new window by 1:50. If you’re looking for service, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Fair pricing, quality work, and timely service. Rare to find these days!

TC Auto Glass replaced my windshield with exactly the same factory windshield in my Ford Edge (Limited). Shannon set everything up with my insurance company and Vicente did the installation. Perfect! Thank You!

I was very pleased with the service here to have my car windshield replaced. I went through my insurance. When I booked my appointment, Cathy was very helpful. I got in quickly for an appointment and she sent a photo of the location so it was easier to find. I was greeted with a smile and handshake from my glass installer, Carl, when I arrived as well as when I left. I think this is very unusual these days. I was quoted 2-4 hours and the job was done in about 2 hours. Everyone was very nice on site, and even while I waited to meet with the glass installer, people checked in with me to see if I had been helped. Carl, the glass installer, was great. He texted me when the job was done. When I picked up my vehicle, he gave me strict instructions: no car washes for 2 full days. This is good information so as not to cause any issues with the installation. All around this was a great experience and a job well done.

They had me in and out very quickly for my auto glass replacement, considering my car requires all sorts of recalibration of the Audi Sensors and cameras (ADAS). Initially I was worried that this had to be done at the dealer, but they have all of the tools necessary to do it right on site. The waiting room was very clean, with good wifi, so I was able to get some work done while I waited for my car. Great staff, who are super knowledgable.
