U Payless Auto Glass

Just got my windshield replaced here last week and had a great experience! I contacted many other places and everyone was high pressure and quoted me in the $700’s. U PayLess was no pressure, they quoted me 2 different prices and explained the process. They even tried to save me more money by trying to save some parts. I ended up paying $100 less than every other place and they were quick and efficient! Windshield looks great and will be back and tell everyone about them!

I highly recommend these guys! We called them yesterday for a windshield they got it the next day for only $304. Got it installed and even moved our appointment up sooner. What a great experience I highly recommend these guys!!!

It is rare for me my voice my disappointment with a company publicly but I am more than disappointed, I am appalled. This photo is my "after repair". It was a 3 pronged crack, and now it's 4 pronged. It looks worse than before and It appears that they added another chip somehow during the repair process. This is dead center on the drivers side, so no way to ignore it and hope it doesn't get worse. I would not recommend their services based on skill alone, but I will say they were courteous and quick to schedule a mobile same day service, which is why they get two stars instead of one. The technician did mention a warranty but after calling their office for clarification of the warranty it turns out to just be a $40 discount on a new windshield; simply a reduction of the money already paid for the chip, not actually a replacement guarantee.

These guys are the worst. They repaired a chip in the windshield of my 2024 Chevy Silverado for $43.00 and it didn't look like they fixed anything, the chip didn't disappear. The windshield cracked shortly after the repair. I called to tell them about it. They wanted to sell me a new windshield and said they would give me a $43.00 discount. No warranty on chip repair here. I wonder how many new windshields they sell this way. Take your windshield repair anywhere but here. So long U Payless!!! To the owner who responded to this review. It was your employee that stated that " it didn't disappear but it won't crack". I have had many chips repaired over my 68 years of life, I ran a business and owned at least 100 vehicles, never had a repair fail, ever. Safelite warrants their repairs for the life of your vehicle and so do most other repairs facilities.

I was super excited to support another local business in our community but was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I took both of our work trucks in for a windshield replacement. The first one went smoothly, but the second was returned with a damaged mirror that wasn’t damaged prior to them replacing the windshield. After picking up the second truck, I started receiving harassing phone calls while I was at work, repeatedly asking for my address because they had left some keys in the truck. I offered to check for the keys, and after looking, I informed them I didn’t find anything. Despite this, they kept insisting on coming to my house, which was extremely unprofessional. When I finally had a chance to visit their office to speak with the owner, he denied any responsibility for the damaged mirror and refused to pull up the camera footage while I was there. If they truly hadn’t caused the damage, they could have easily reviewed the footage. Instead, he said he couldn’t guarantee when they’d be able to check it. What upsets me the most is that they chose to lie about the damage they caused rather than being upfront about it and either fixing it or letting us know when we picked up the truck. From the looks of prior reviews, this isn’t the first time they’ve damaged something while other people’s vehicles were in their hands. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I will never recommend this business to anyone.
