I had not contacted my insurance company yet to start a claim. George did a conference call with my insurance company on the spot. He did the initial talking with the agent and made sure everything was done. After the agent hung up he stayed on with me and answered any questions and explained the process. I seriously have never had such a simple smooth experience filing a claim. We were able to setup an appointment to have the windshield replaced the next day. George provided detailed directions to his shop. Upon arrival he explained the process very clearly, and got to work. He is very detailed, thorough, and actually takes pride in his work.
