Had a cracked windshield. After a previously assigned company bailed on me, the insurance company sent my request to UAG&E. Response was prompt (within 1 hour of contacting insurance). Scheduling was easy. Technician called first thing in the morning on the assigned day. Very friendly, very knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to do your auto class repairs.

I worked with Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics to get my windshield replaced. All the staff members were friendly and communicated each step professionally. I sat and waited for my car repair. During this time I got to witness the passionate care and attention to detail the own showed with multiple customers and his staff. They made the process as stress free as could be and am grateful for the experience. Thank you!
