Highly recommend. Laura was professional, prepared, and very easy to engage. She “connected all of the dots” so to speak, and arranged a windshield replacement for me with my company’s glass division. I didn’t have to worry about any of the legwork beyond giving some basic information to insurance while Laura assisted. Her experience and familiarity with all aspects of the process were on display the entire time. I was nervous about dealing with a cracked windshield for the first time, but Laura and UAGE really put my mind at ease.

I-65 has been rough on my SUV's windshield. I reached out to Ultimate Auto Glass to fill in a couple of rock hits to my windshield. John came out to my house. He was very informative about the resin filling process and what he was doing. He filled in the impacts and it looks good. You'll never make those 100% disappear but I won't have to worry about them spreading. Thank you Ultimate Auto Glass.

EDIT: In response to your reply below, you are stating that my husband "inspected the windshield upon pickup", that was not the case. The vehicle was picked up with the most dust I've even seen on a windshield, the tiny crack that looked like the size of a dust speck, was not detective until I had to clean the vehicle that same day to be able to look through my windshield. Offering a customer a discount to a broken product is not the correct response. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I paid $3,500 for a new windshield from Ultimate Auto Glass Nashville on September 22, 2025, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the installation was completed, the windshield was so dirty I could barely see through it — I had to clean it myself just to drive home. Upon wiping it down, I immediately noticed a small crack about the size of a grain of rice. I contacted Ultimate Auto Glass right away, and they sent a technician named Jon to look at it. Instead of coordinating a proper replacement through the manufacturer, he simply pulled out some glue and attempted to “fill” the crack. Shortly after, I received a call from Ed Stipe, who told me my only options were to either fill the crack or receive a “discount” on another windshield — after I had already paid them over $3,500. I was shocked. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I paid for a brand-new windshield, not a damaged or one patched with glue. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work speaks volumes.I would strongly caution anyone from using Ultimate Auto Glass Nashville.

I had filed a claim for my dad and his insurance recommended this company to replace our glass. I was very impressed how professional the guy who I was talking to was while they were replacing the glass in front of us at their shop. He Was making sure everything was going food by the book. By four. This was the best Service. I have received yet by an auto glass repair. Hopefully continues that way as I continue my business with them.
