Excellent service start to finish! Windshield got hit hard with a rock on 95. I contacted my State Farm agent, she had me call Ivis who was very supportive and thorough. Then Hannah contacted me right anway and we got all the paperwork done over text! Two days later and Brandon has done a wonderful job installing a new windshield and calibrating my cameras. He was very sweet on the phone, made sure I knew what was done and told me no water pressure for a day or so. I highly recommend Brandon and the whole team, thank you !!! 😊

I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed a fix asap. I called ultimate auto glass and spoke with Ivis who set everything up for me. She could not have made it any easier. Another rep named Hannah reached out to me almost immediately afterward and confirmed the appointment for a day later. She was great too. Brandon, the technician, called me the morning of to let me know his timeframe, and he was spot on with everything he said. He came to my place of work, replaced the windshield and calibrated it for me in what must have been record timing - I couldn’t believe how quick he had everything done. All this while I was at work, so I didn’t have to go anywhere or do anything out of my usual schedule. Brandon was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The guy is a pro. On top of all that, they handled my insurance claim for me so I really did not have to do a thing besides make that first phone call.
