Alex (Owner) was there early Tuesday morning and installed it for me in less than five minutes. Exceptional experience! Replaced windshield on my 2015 Nissan rouge after two failed attempts and major frustrations dealing with warranty by “bigger company” (we all know who: rymes with $afe-flight). Jerry my technician was awesome! Fastidious craftsman, extremely knowledgeable and clean; within a minute of arriving identified trim that was damaged/missing during previously attempted repairs. Highest level of customer service from an actual receptionist who scheduled my appointment for the following morning. I believe her name was Ashley. Overall price came in well under what I paid the first company. Receipt included a clear breakdown of cost with no hidden fees. What I was quoted was what I paid. Just had a fabulous experience with an at-home windshield replacement by Universal Auto Glass. Next-day appointment. Tech arrived within the promised time window and called just before arriving. The absolute best experience! The professionalism from beginning to end was second to none. The fact that our windshield broke late afternoon the morning before our vacation made us nervous about being able to go away. We called Universal about an hour before closing and let them know of our situation. The receptionist was amazing and super helpful to get our claim processed. The following morning by 8:15am to our surprise Universal showed up to replace our windshield. It was amazing to be treated so well!!! Recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

So glad we used these guys. The process from start to finish was made so easy by the girls in the office and the install team. They handled my insurance and got me scheduled right away. The install went perfectly as well and my windshield was back to brand new in no time. They came right out to me and were clean and professional. I can’t recommend them enough !
