Awesome service and great people. I waited in the lobby with my son while they replaced my windshield. They put a movie on for him and were professional and polite the entire time we were there. Honest and fair pricing as well. I live in gulf shores but will always come back to USC for anything.

I contacted USC Glass to replace a broken glass in my house. I received a quote quickly, but after replying to schedule the repair, I didn’t hear back for about 10 days despite sending two follow-up emails. I eventually had to call to schedule the appointment, which ended up being about a week later. When the technicians came, they were professional and did a good job replacing the glass. The repair itself was done well. However, after the job was completed, I asked if they could help clean some broken glass that remained in areas of the window frame that I can’t reach. One of the technicians said he would let his teammates know, but they left without doing it. I later spoke with a manager who said he would look into it, but I never received any follow-up. Unfortunately, some of the broken glass is still visible in the window track. Overall, the quality of the repair was good, but communication and follow-through could definitely be improved.

Great service and repair. Jess was phenomenal to talk too- excellent customer service skills. I brought a toddler with me and they were very kind to him as well. Overall 10/10!

Absolutely great service. Called them up and they were more than happy to help. We were driving through and got a chip on the windshield. They got us in and out and were very kind. Dog friendly as well! You don't find great customer service much nowadays.

My car was stolen, and unfortunately the main damage was to the windshield. I called and spoke with Cierra and Jess, and they were amazing from the start to the end. Told me I was guna need the pillar fixed first otherwise the new windshield would just leak. I truly appreciate the honesty from them both, and how they went over every detail with me. They weren't out to just make a sale. They truly care about the work they do, and it shows. My windshield looks amazing, and like it had never been damaged so severely. They work quickly, and we're doing all they could to get me back driving. Thank y'all for your hard, honest, good work. There isn't a lot of good honest businesses out there that aren't just about money, but are truly about backing their name with honesty, and great work. I highly recommend USC Glass for all your glass needs they will go above, and beyond to meet your needs with top notch work! Loyal customer for life!!
