Valley Glass - West Valley City

Celandrea was a gem! So helpful, so responsive, so pleasant to work with. I brought in two vehicles and she communicated clearly on appointments, reminders and expectations. When things changes she confirmed with me and my schedule and accommodated my needs while waiting for the work to be done! Great experience!

Great communication! They were great to call me multiple times in setting up my appointment, as I was trying to schedule it during a time I would be having a surgery and not needing my truck. They were accommodating in keeping my truck overnight and locked inside the building. Great service all around. I see why my insurance agent highly recommended them.

Valley Glass is the place to go!! Had a crack all down through my windshield and had to call a couple of places to get the best price. Spoke to Kristi on the phone and she was very nice and got me scheduled. They are very affordable and they also do a great job! Service was awesome. You can tell they like to take care of their customers

Wow! I am so glad I called this company today. My motorhome had a huge crack and thought it needed replacing (thousands of dollars). Chris and Dave came out immediately and were able to stop the crack as well as fill it in like new outside and from the inside as well! Their work was top notch. They were extremely professional and kept me posted as they worked. 10 stars guys. So quick, efficient, professional AND the price was considerably lower than I expected. Could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend!

I would like to leave an excellent review for Kathy Rios at Valley Glass. From the very first day I contacted her, she provided outstanding service. She clearly explained the entire process, was transparent every step of the way, and was always kind and professional. What I appreciated the most was how she answered all my questions quickly and patiently, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I highly recommend this company. I am very satisfied with both the quality of the product and the level of customer service.
