After being rescheduled by Safelite three times over three weeks, I finally had enough and decided to look elsewhere. I found Warrior Auto Glass online, saw all the amazing reviews, and gave them a call and I am SO glad I did. From my very first conversation with Michelle, the experience was exceptional. She was incredibly lovely, helpful, and responsive. Within just a couple of hours, she had my parts ordered and me scheduled for a repair, all within 24 hours of my initial call.Derek was fantastic on-site as well. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Warrior Auto Glass truly understands customer service and gets the job done right. They even have a great waiting room if you choose to stay while your car is being serviced. Could not recommend them more!

Derek did a spectacular job replacing my Toyota Tacoma windshield. It was clean and neat, he aligned the camera accurately. He reinstalled the windshield wipers in the correct orientation that can be difficult at times. He also transferred my inspection and dump sticker to the new windshield. He did it within an hour. Although that's not an issue for me, I much rather have the professional job and take the time that's needed. I specifically don't want to rushed job. But Derek is efficient and he really knows what he's doing. I recommend warrior glass to all my friends

Absolutely the best customer experience possible from initial communication with Michelle to final execution by Derek! The quality and attention to detail of workmanship by Derek is the best in class! I am very particular with my Mercedes SLK and the OEM windshield that was installed is like factory new now.

This is my second time using Warrior Auto Glass and I’m even more impressed with this company - I didn’t think it was possible after my first perfect visit. The first time I didn’t not have to wait for my car and was fully expecting your typical auto waiting room, boy was I wrong! The waiting room is something out of a posh town office. There are snacks, AC (for summer visits, I’m sure they also provide heat lol), water, coffee and soda. There’s a fireplace. Yes an actual fireplace with a flat screen over it. If that doesn’t get you the service here is ten out of five. Michelle is an absolute delight to work with when scheduling or for any questions. She helped me navigate my claim on my insurance app and helped me call the right people and say the right things when they messed it up. I won’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.
