West Texas Windshields

Chip repair is $173 dollars now!!!!, was $43 dollars. SMH, no words Safelite bought out West Texas Glass…… Find a cheaper place…… Repair was done in a timely manner, no complaint on that end…. But there are techs out there that are just as competent and affordable….

If you need a rear windshield for 3-4 months just for it to shatter this is the best place! Jon security at its finest!!!! 100% do not recommend. Especially to be told there’s NOTHING they can do after the fact

Choose no other place!!!! Their customer service is top tier. Fast and efficient work I was in and out in 20mins with a new windshield. Prices are great as well!

Got a rock chip on my brand new car. Women at the front desk were very kind and really helpful when getting my claim in. Would say it was pretty fast and easy to get in to fix my windshield . Unfortunately, when the workers were fixing the rock chip, I noticed they caused it to crack more leaving longer cracks that could possibly spread ( defeating the purpose of filling in the chip). I let the front desk know about it and they were kind and said they could get someone to see it. Got the guys to try to fix it. However, to fix the mistake, they had to drill a couple of holes to keep the cracks from spreading. It now looks like I have 3 rock chips ( with a cracks in between) instead of one. Couldn’t say I’m mad, but pretty bummed out about it.

Had to unfortunately have the windshield of my brand new car replaced due to rocks from driver ahead. The ladies in the office were so sweet and accommodating to my situation. ( I live almost 3 hours away and have a very rigorous work schedule). There was a gentleman in the office that allowed my daughters to watch Netflix while we waited. Guys in the shop were very quick in replacement and recalibration. Would absolutely return, even with the drive.
